Except for the license granted below or a separate written license from the copyright holder, nobody may use, copy, modify, distribute, sublicense or sell it. Free license for the State of Mississippi and its public libraries The State of Mississippi, the Mississippi Library Commission, and every public library and public library system in the State of Mississippi may install and use the software, in the binary form in which it is released, on systems they own or operate, for their own operations, including reporting to state and federal agencies. This license is perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it cannot be revoked. It survives any sale or transfer of the software or of its copyright, which the copyright holder undertakes to make subject to it. It does not include the source code, the right to modify the software or the right to redistribute it outside those organizations. No warranty The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the copyright holder be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the software or its use. Third-party software The software includes open-source packages used under their own licenses, listed with their license texts in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md.
